We provide a responsive repairs and maintenance service tailored to meet the needs of our tenants.
In some of our properties, we provide items of furniture like dining tables and chairs and some white goods.
We understand the needs of our tenants and have a dedicated Supported Housing Team who respond to all reports and are trained to understand the specific needs of our tenants. We understand that, given the vulnerabilities of our customers, it may be necessary to carry out what may normally be considered urgent or routine repairs much more quickly. This being the case, we have developed excellent relationships with our repairs contractors and they are flexible to our customers’ specific needs.
Repairs are carried out to a high standard, achieving value for money and keeping our customers safe in their homes.
All our homes meet or exceed health and safety regulatory and legal requirements.
We understand that needs change overtime and in response we take a flexible approach – working in partnership with Social Services and specialist providers to adapt properties, install assistive technology and in seeking solutions so our tenants can continue to live in their own home, in their local community.
How to report a repair
For all other routine or none emergency repairs, we will make an appointment wherever possible when you contact us, these can be reported during normal office hours by phone on 01254 958950 or anytime by email using our dedicated email – email@example.com
During office hours (9am – 5pm weekdays) please telephone us on 01254 958950 where a member of our team will register your repair and arrange for a contractor to attend.
Repairs will be carried out against the following timescales:
- Emergency repair – 24 hours to make safe
- Urgent repair – 7 days
- Routine repair – 28 days
Centaur Housing operates an Emergency Repairs service 365 days a year. For emergency repairs outside of office hours (9am – 5pm weekdays) please call our office number on 01254 958950 where our Out of Hours team member will assist you.
