We encourage our tenants, customers, partners and contractors to give us feedback in all aspects of what we do. This allows us to identify any areas that require improvement and action improvements accordingly and to support our tenants to resolve issues and live in a peaceful, safe environment. We welcome feedback from all of our customers and partners and find it extremely useful to understand where we are doing well. We will be contacting all of our tenants on an annual basis to seek feedback on the services we provide to assist us to identify areas of improvement and to share good practices with colleagues where things have gone well.

Neighbour Disputes and Anti Social Behaviour
We understand that our tenants may experience problems with the people you share accommodation with or your neighbours. If you find that you are experiencing issues with your neighbours and are unable to find a solution, please do get in touch. We can support you to find a solution and have policies in place to allow CHA to make sure you live in your home peacefully.
