We offer our Tenants an extensive range of services including housing management, repairs and maintenance. These include:
- Property matching and support with sourcing the right home in your area
- Tenancy welfare, rights and information
- Financial guidance and housing benefit advice and information
- Housing management services – bespoke to each Tenant’s needs
We don’t use jargon and make sure our Tenants have real choice and input into their tenancy and that it works right for them.
We understand that needs change overtime and in response work hard to ensure people with additional needs can have a home for life. We take a flexible approach – adapting properties, installing assistive technology and find solutions together so people can continue to live in their own home, in their local community.
We can support Tenants to receive care and support, with links to a number of local care and support providers, Local Authorities and CCG partners, who we work in partnership with to ensure co-production and person centred joined up working.
We issue all of our Tenants with a Tenants handbook which includes information on the following:
- Contact details
- Information about you home.
- Moving into your home.
- Your tenancy
- Repairs and maintenance.
- Living in your home.
