We perform safety checks every year on gas appliances that we have provided in your home. The law says we must carry these out and that you must allow us access to do this.

Centaur Housing Association has responsibilities for the property in which you live. This includes making sure the communal areas within them meet fire and safety regulations.

Centaur Housing Association carries out electrical inspections in line with Regulatory Guidance and laws to ensure we meet legislation and to keep you safe in your home.
