Many of our tenants are entitled to housing benefit to help cover the costs of their rent and our team work with each person to offer advice and support, including how and where to access advice and information about their specific entitlements.
We link Tenants to local Housing Benefit Officers and can support this process in a person centered way. This can include aiding understanding, ensuring accessibility of information and making sure you understand you rights, entitlements and in control of your finances.
