Centaur Housing Association (CHA) is a Co-operative & Community Benefit Society with Charitable status based in Chorley, Lancashire founded in 1997.
We provides high quality Specialist Housing Management Services for individuals whose lives are affected by disability, including Learning Disability, Physical Disability, Autism, Mental health and Complex needs.
We engage with tenants, their families, support providers, property developers, Local Authorities and Integrated Commissioning Board’s to work in partnership to develop personalised and individual housing solutions for our customers.
Our team have a wealth of expertise and experience in supporting individuals with additional needs. Our personalised and bespoke approach enables us to create homes for life and provide vulnerable individuals with the support needed to live independently within their own home.
Our key focus is on Quality Accommodation and Person Centered Services – driving forward housing solutions and services so people can live in their own homes with the support they require, within their chosen communities and be proud of where they live!
Since 2019 we expanded the services we deliver and now work alongside dedicated Registered Social Landlords, CIC’s, Support Providers and Investors in the delivery of Specialist Housing Management Services to Supported Living tenants. Our services can be tailored to meet the specific needs of Specialist Supported Living Providers.
