At Centaur Housing we work hard to drive change for Vulnerable Adults, ensuring Equality in Housing for every Tenant.

We proactively engages with Tenants, their families, Support Providers, Property Developers, Landlords, Local Authorities and Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) to meet housing aspirations.

We work cohesively and in partnership to promote independence; create homes for life; and provide specialist services for vulnerable adults in their chosen community.

Through advice and information, offered in a simple and easy to understand format and by signposting to support providers or working with our Property Partners to create bespoke homes, we have the proven experience, internal expertise and operational understanding of supporting vulnerable adults to meet their holistic needs.
