Aimee is our first apprentice and is making great progress with her level 3 Business Administration course at Runshaw College.
Aimee joined the Team in October 2022 and is quickly learning about all aspects of Supported Living and Housing Management Services. Aimee supports the Operational Team, our Tenants, Customers, Partners and Contractors by providing administrative support and being the first point of contact.
Aimee’s key tasks include providing assistance to the team by organising repairs and maintenance in line with the business target timescales, identifying contactors for areas of operation and coordinating access with tenants and their support staff. Aimee places orders and arranges delivery of white goods, flooring, decorating etc whilst keeping records maintained and registers warranties for newly purchased items.
Aimee also assists in marketing properties for sale, producing Marketing brochures for Void rooms/properties to advertise voids to social services and also assists .
Aimee’s role is extremely varied and will provide her with a great foundation for a future career in the Housing Sector.Contact us
