Rachael Cooper

I am Rachael Cooper and I am the Managing Director at Centaur Housing Association. I have worked in the Supported Living Sector since 2001, beginning my career as a Support Worker, directly providing support to individuals in their own home. The remainder of my experience has been working my way up through Housing Management roles, which have included the following: Administration Assistant, Housing Officer, Senior Housing officer, Housing Manager, Operations Director and currently Managing Director.

I therefore fully appreciate the importance of each and every role within a Housing Management team and the part they play in providing the essential services needed by our tenants. My main focus is to ensure that the service we provide is efficient and effective in meeting the accommodation needs of individuals with very individual specific needs, ensuring tenants are the absolute main focus of the business.
